A. In men the lateral extent of the incision in Upper Blepharoplasty should terminate 1 cm over the lateral orbital rim.
B. In the transconjuntival preseptal approach an incision is made 5 mm below the inferior border of the inferior tarsal plate.
C. The medial and central fat compartments of the lower eyelid are separated by the inferior rectus muscle.
D. Direct access to the fat pads is achieved by the transconjuntival postseptal approach.
E. The lateral fat pad is whiter than the medial fat pad.
