A. A line drawn from the inferior aspect of the bony external auditory canal to the inferior most aspect of the infraorbital rim on a lateral radiograph.
B. A line drawn from the superior aspect of the bony external auditory canal to the inferior most aspect of the infraorbital rim on a lateral radiograph.
C. A line drawn from the superior aspect of the bony external auditory canal to the eyelash lines on the lower eyelid.
D. A line drawn from the superior aspect of the helix to the inferior most aspect of the infraorbital rim on a lateral radiograph.
E. A line drawn from the inferior aspect of the tragus to the inferior most aspect of the infraorbital rim on a lateral radiograph.
